🔹 Billing

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), as well as UPI, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay, depending on availability in your region.

Why is there a ₹1 or $1 charge on my bank statement?
This is a temporary authorization hold to validate your payment method. It’s not an actual charge and should disappear automatically within a few days, depending on your bank.

How can I get an invoice or receipt?
After your purchase, you’ll receive an order confirmation email with the invoice. You can also download it from your account dashboard under Order History.


🔹 AI Prompt Packs (Digital Products)

How do I download my AI prompt pack?
Once your payment is confirmed, you’ll receive an email with a download link. You can also log in to your ProAImpt.com account and access your purchases under Downloads.

Can I re-download the product if needed?
Yes! You have lifetime access to your purchased AI prompt packs. Just log in to your account anytime.

Can I use my prompts on multiple devices?
Yes, your access is tied to your ProAImpt account, not your device. Log in from any device to use your purchased products.


🔹 License & Usage

What are the usage rights for your AI prompt packs?
Your purchase comes with a personal and commercial-use license, which allows you to use the prompts for your own content or business. However, reselling, redistributing, or sharing the prompts (in original or modified form) is strictly prohibited.

Can I use prompts for client work or freelance projects?
Absolutely! You may use the prompts to assist in client work, marketing content, or service-based operations, provided you don’t share the raw prompt files.


🔹 Updates

How will I know when a prompt pack is updated?
If a product you’ve purchased is updated, the new version will appear in your Downloads area. We’ll also email you the update details if you opted into product notifications during checkout.


🔹 Returns & Refunds

Do you offer refunds?
Yes, we offer refunds under the following circumstances (within 7 days of purchase):

  • The file is corrupted or not functioning as described
  • You received the wrong product due to a system error
  • You made a duplicate purchase

How are refunds processed?
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Processing time may vary from 5–10 business days, depending on your provider.
